Warranty Claims Coordinator I   Large, National San Antonio based Company is adding to their team. Company has a single digit turnover rate - they foster a place where people enjoy going to work!   The Warranty Claims Coordinator I is responsible for reviewing division warranty, goodwill, and policy work orders and filing warranty claims to vendors. The incumbent will manage daily tasks in an efficient and productive manner, in order to assure maximum financial recovery is received to offset warranty spend     Essential Functions: •         Files warranty claims •         Verifies warranty coverage information •         Process manufacturer’s claims remittance and variances as they pertain to manufacturing requirements •         Organizes, negotiates, and submits warranty claims in order to maximize warranty recovery •         Submits warranty claims for all Machine Division Products and Services •         Corrects and resubmits pending and/or rejected claims promptly •         Responsible for Product Improvement (PIP), Product Support (PSP) and Field Campaign Claims •         Coordinates PIP completion in support of Technical Services department technicians •         Reviews and processes pending, returned, and rejected claims •         Reviews work orders to include parts documents and labor charged to warranty •         for applicability and accuracy •         Prepares reports on warranty related functions as requested by supervisors and •         managers •         Advises operating department managers, supervisors, and service technicians on warranty philosophy, policy, process, and coverage information •         Administers Manufacturer and Goodwill/Sales policy claims
