o For export: receive bookings from shipper, arrange space reservation with carrier, co-loader, issue BL, issue debit note/ credit note, analyze profit/loss for each shipment, send pre-alert to overseas agent. Follow up the cargo status until the cargo is released to consignee at destination.
o For Import: Received pre-alert from overseas agent, contact carrier/ co-loader to submit manifest before vessel arrival, send Arrival Notice to consignee, arrange payment to carrier/ co-loader, issue Debit note , Delivery order. Solves relevant problem related to documents (manifest amendment, BL correction etc…), cargo delivery.
- Build up a good relationship with co-loaders, shipping line, customers in order to have advantage in seeking for their supports when needed.
- Assist accounting to follow up payment with customer, overseas agent.

• Contact co-loaders, shipping line for space booking and get confirmations.
• Create Shipping documents comply with L/C, B/L, C/O, etc... and export customs documents.
• Handle all issues relating to loading process.
• Arrange trucking and follow up for cargo delivery on time.
• Create credit note, Debit note. Follow up payment and settlement to shipping & trucking service provider.
