Summary A large international and industry-leading manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a AP Specialist. Responsibilities High volume AP - 800-1200 weekly. Responsible for keying freight invoices and matching and running check runs. 15 different check runs. (This position responsible for 1-2 runs) 1x/week (EFT/ACH) Will cross train Use dual monitors – invoices are emailed on one screen, enter data and print using the other screen. Accruals are performed in Excel
