Daily tasks include greeting people as they enter our Agency, answer and field phone calls, daily scheduling with full week on-call  rotation, maintain files for the Agency, assist with HR functions, other assigned office personnel, general knowledge of computer and software applications in order to create memos and correspondence, manages inventory levels, picking-up and delivering items, maintains a clean and presentable office space including communal areas.  Will perform other job functions at the request of the Administrator.
