Heritage Gardens Apartments is seeking a leasing specialist at our beautiful, recently built, 260 unit community in Wake Forest, NC. We are looking for someone who: Is detail oriented and organized. Has the ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Demonstrates initiative, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance. Project a professional image and demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Will Understand, apply and comply with all company policies and procedures.
