We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager candidates with broad and deep expertise in PMI-based Project Management methodologies. Selected candidates will lead multiple simultaneous IT projects ranging in value from $100k to $7M annually.  The role requires managing complex projects in a matrixed team environment across business and IT organizations.  Delivery methodologies include Waterfall and Agile SCRUM, requiring coordination and management of inter-dependencies across multiple projects within the Portfolio.  Additionally a successful candidate will demonstrate experience managing a portfolio of projects from initiation through lessons learned with demonstrated experience implementing continual process improvement. Location: Bloomfield, CT ONLY Responsibilities: Project Management Execute and deliver multiple complex project(s) on-scope, on-time, on-budget, with quality and customer satisfaction - promoting and executing through the use of project management methodology and tools and a continuous improvement mindset. Overall coordination, status reporting, financial management and stability of one or more complex and cross-functional project efforts. Leads diverse teams spanning business, IT and operations organizations and effectively navigates a variety of reporting relationships and matrix resources with a highly virtualized workforce and partially offshore workforce. Accountable for oversight of assigned vendor delivery teams.  Responsible for ensuring that full requirements are satisfactorily met on time, within budget and with high quality.  Work collaboratively across project stakeholders to establish roles and responsibilities, effectively manage project expectations, communicate results, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Manage appropriate resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed delivery timeframe, defined scope and at or under budget. Manage project financials, analyze variances and implement corrective actions and concerns to senior leadership along with recommendations for options/approach Ensure compliance with standard project delivery framework, while continuing to seek and implement opportunities for improvements. Proactively builds and manages strategic relationships with IT and business partners to optimize business performance and results.
