All Step Sales & Marketing is a full service manufacturer’s representative specializing in the sales of beauty products to distributors throughout the Caribbean and Central America.   We are seeking a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to contribute to our rapidly growing international business. Summary of Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales managers through preparation of product presentations and maintenance of marketing materials, such as catalogs, product images, promotions, and advertising images.  Communicate with our distributor network to notify clients of new products and promotions.    Responsible to obtain orders and assist management in meeting sales goals.   Manage product pricing by brand by market.  Coordinate trade marketing activities.  Position is responsible to process orders and assist in sales administration.
