Locally owned Madden Media, is recognized nationally as a leader in print and online marketing for the tourism industry.  We have partnered with tourism and travel marketers since 1976 to deliver proven payoff in a rapidly changing travel landscape.   We are looking for a Strategic Account Sales Assistant & Coordinator to join our award-winning team of professionals.  This position assists the Director of Strategic Accounts with sales functions and serves as the day-to-day contact for all clients who have active orders with any of our product brands (Inserts, Publications, and eMedia)   by performing the following duties:   Prepares forecasting/projection reports Completes advertising sales tracking status & renewal report Assists with managing program deadlines and requests for extensions Responsible for general sales support Prospect and qualify leads Serve as main client contact for all deliverables Keep clients informed of upcoming deadlines and project status Send specs/deadlines/contact information to clients for ads, sweepstakes, eZines, and eProducts as soon as specifications have been defined Collect all client materials relevant to the order Maintain network of digital files Work diligently to meet all production deadlines Return all advertising materials to advertisers after ad has been published, if requested. Handle and resolve ad problems/complaints in a timely manner Maintain a positive rapport with clients Receive instruction from client, salesperson, or other relevant source and follow-up with clients directly to secure appropriate materials Keep relevant personnel informed of project status Communicate effectively with all departments, personnel and clients Maintain a positive rapport with all departments and personnel Attend and participate in team meetings, sales meetings, and appropriate company-sanctioned events or meetings, as necessary
