At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:Lead 5th Next Generation fighter platform immersion conferences providing critical insight for Air Reserve Component Senior Leaders and key staff and test personnel into system emerging capabilities and venues for 4th/5th Generation Aircraft integration. Provides recommendations to ARC leadership on the future fielding and upgrades of mission essential equipment relating to 5th /Next Generation Aircraft. Lead multi-discipline teams in support of testing, integration, and fielding approvals for 5th/Next Generation Fighter systems.Develop and produce operational and security training products. Develop and document capability requirements in support of 5th/Next Generation aircraft and provide recommendations to the PM.Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor&s degree with 12 years& experience in CAF fighter operations. Previous rated pilot or Weapons Sysytem Officer on F-15, F-16, or F-22 with minimum of 5 years Instructor Pilot / Instructor Weapons System Officer experience in F-15, F-16, or F-22Special Access Program experience required.Three (3) years MAJCOM staff, or equivalent experience. (Above Wing level or sister service equivalent). USAF Air War College degree (or equivalent) and/or a Master's Degree is highly desired. Graduate of USAF Fighter Weapons School is highly desired. Must meet and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and SCI eligibility criteria.Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years.
