At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:Responsible for providing direct support to a Wing Advanced Programs Manager for assisting in executing ACC A5/8ZN & ANG/CF guidance for the development, bed down, and sustainment of air dominance Advanced Programs for the CAF, MAF or AFSPC. Provide analysis and assistance to Wing Advanced Programs staff and to associate units for all facets of key combat capability. Assist the PM enforcing the advanced program office physical and information security regulations/policies. Maintain inventory, accountability and oversight of advanced program materials. Provide oversight for advanced program facilities.Assist the PM maintaining and updating current security guidance policy letters, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Security Classification Guides, Tactics and Training guides, Deployment Guidance, program indoctrinations and initial training, etc.Assist the PM in providing program training in the form of oral and written briefings for Pilots, Intel, and other Wing personnel as directed.Assist the PM with conducting routine site visits to other Wing working areas to ensure compliance with applicable security regulations.Provide subject matter expertise in applicable MDS mission planning systems, weapons and tactics trainers, unit level simulators, instrumentation pods, and other devices utilized in support of the Program Office.Maintain continuity and familiarity with applicable regulations pertaining to facility upgrades, modifications and improvements.Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor&s degree. Previous rated pilot or Weapons System Officer on F-15, F-16, or F-22 with minimum of 5 years Instructor Pilot / Instructor Weapons System Officer experience in F15, F-16, or F-22.Wing\Squadron level SAP experience is required.United States Air Force (USAF) Air War College (or equivalent) Master's Degree highly desired. Graduate of USAF Weapons School desired.Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years.
