You will play a critical role in developing and implementing a written plan of care for individual residents that addresses the needs the resident.  In addition, this role exemplifies and ensures high standards of customer service that exceed our internal and external customers’ expectations.  This is a critical role in our organization.  To qualify, you must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid and in good standing State of Michigan license to practice as a Registered Nurse.  In addition, three to five years of previous nursing home experience is preferred, along with progressive supervisory experience.
