- Managing for all aspects of payroll administration- such as attendance, overtime, business fee…Ensure the data on payroll is exactly, fairly and compliant with company policy and requirement of Vietnamese PIT and labor law.
- Follow up and report Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance for government.
- Making monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) and yearly PIT balance.
- Making labor Contract, offer letter, letter for promotion, transfer, Termination… retain the right employees at the right time for the right position as well as all levels of the company
- Solving all dispute, complains and questions relate to company policy, salary, labor law ...
