This role has heavy-duty management requirements and a generous amount of exposure and visibility to key stakeholders. The key responsibilities of this position include overseeing administration and management of databases cross platform integrations and managing a SFDC Administrator/Developer:Key Responsibilities include:•Advanced proficiency with SFDC, and a deep understanding of key CRM architecture concepts, and how they influence design •Experience managing core information systems, and oversee administration including, system integration, documenting data management and performing software upgrades •Support users in designing reports, dashboards, custom workflows, and working with managerial staff and users to develop effective and accessible solutions •Ability to write technical documentation for existing and proposed systems and analyse and document complex business processes •Strong experience dealing with vendor and internal teams to deliver full project lifecycle from design to implementation for large scale cross functional projectsThis is a great opportunity for someone seeking a high level management role where they can play an integral part in the direction and goals of the CRM database toe effectively meet an organizations needs.
