At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.The contractor shall perform an independent technical and non-technical evaluation of JSF business systems as it relates to the security requirements and controls outlined in the applicable reference documents in Attachment 8. Business systems include all of the office systems JSFPO uses to support the program. These are systems that are not connected to the aircraft, but instead support the engineering / design / management community. These systems are JSF- specific and do not include other DoD systems (i.e. Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), or base-specific intranets); however, such systems as the JSF Virtual Enterprise (JVE), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), all of the classified networks JSF has set up across the sites and all JSF international networks are included. Contractor support to this subtask may require annual OCONUS travel. The contractor shall perform C&A security support for business systems on site in Arlington, VA, to include, but not limited to, the following: Develop C&A business system recommendations for the DAA and CIO. Perform an independent technical and non-technical evaluation of JSF business systems based on the security requirements and security controls documented in each systems security plan. Assess the vulnerabilities, security controls, and level of residual risk of JSF business systems. Support and develop security C&A of the business systems to include threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, ST&E, and risk analyses. Schedule and coordinate security verification and validation activities across the JSF business systems. Provide direct, in-depth technical analysis and evaluation of JSF security concepts, designs, and tests. Develop and maintain the Government C&A schedule for the JSF business systems and synchronize it with the program schedule and the IT C&A schedule. The schedule shall account for all Government actions and resources required to ensure C&A of the JSF business systems. Ensure compliance with all mandated DoD and applicable national and international C&A criteria. Position Requirements: Possess a BA/BS degree and five (5) years experience in system security C&A.• If no BA/BS, possess a minimum of ten (10) years experience in system security C&A.• Possess a minimum of two (2) years experience in major defense acquisition programs and vulnerability assessment and/or risk analysis.• Demonstrated knowledge of aircraft programs, the DITSCAP/DIACAP, DoD C&A processes, DoD 8500 (IA) series, and Common Criteria.• Demonstrated experience in JAFAN 6/3 or DCID 6/3 and NISPOM application as it relates to C&A.• Passport required to support Subtask 3.3.
