Job Summary: Keystone Human Services - Intellectual Disabilities provides supports to adults in a residential setting. This position is the primary support for the Program Director in the implementation and maintenance of administrative and operational procedures in a residential setting. Primarily a direct service position with additional administrative responsibilities which may include preparing employees schedules, maintaining medical paperwork and appointments, ensure fire drills are conducted, submit incident reports, input daily information into Total Records, maintain compliance with licensing, assist with new employee orientation and training, schedule employee trainings and participate as a trainer to other staff. As with all direct care positions, the position involves coaching, being a role model, and accompanying individuals so that they are involved in family, neighborhood, civic, cultural, and religious activities and events, meet new people, develop friendships, exercise choices, and acquire the competencies to maintain these activities and accomplish their personal goals. The employee in this position receives supervision, direction, and feedback from the Program Director.
