Account Manager- Key Accounts (Sales) Job Summary The Account Manager- Key Accounts will be responsible selling software solutions for the management of key franchised automotive car dealership accounts as defined by Dealertrack.   The Account Manager- Key Accounts will typically have approximately 200 car dealership customers in a defined geographic area, must achieve an annual sales objective, must maintain or improve customer satisfaction as well as increase annual revenue in assigned car dealerships. Variable Compensation is based on a mix of new product sales commission and meeting revenue growth goals. Primary Duties Responsibilities include the selling of many Dealertrack products: Inventory Management, Sales/F&I Solutions, Interactive Marketing Solutions , Electronic Motor Vehicle Registration and Titling applications and Dealer Management System software (DMS) to assigned key car dealership accounts either solely or through partnering with Dealertrack’s  subject matter specialists Build trusted relationships with decision makers at the car dealership; Dealer Principals and departmental managers. Generate revenue according to the sales goal for the assigned territory Discuss, present, and demonstrate key advantages of the Dealertrack products and solutions to the customer Uncover business development opportunities to propel company's growth Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales 3 to 5 years of experience in sales selling products to car dealerships is preferred Knowledge of dealership operations preferred
