Santa Catalina Island Resort Services is seeking a qualified Cost Accountant to work in our Purchasing Department.  Will be responsible for cost aspects and inventory reconciliation, purchase price variance analysis and maintaining cost system.  Develop and implement accounting and inventory controls for all departments.  Analyze physical inventory counts based on reporting and familiarity with ordering and sales patterns for all outlets.  Review invoices and reconcile with received purchase orders.  Analyze data for price changes, quantity changes, shorts, credits and conduct necessary research.  Provide assistance with budget to actual and other inventory analysis.
