The eBay Legal Department is looking for an attorney to assit our commercial contracts team, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this position, the candidate will assist in drafting, review and negotiation of vendor commercial contracts for eBay. In addition, the candidate will be able to think strategically about how to scale the organization and plan and implement operational efficiencies to enhance our ways of working. It also requires someone with strong judgment and project management skills who is always thinking about better ways of doing things.• JD or equivalent;• 5+ years of relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts• Media/Advertising, eCommerce or Internet experience a plus, but not essential;• Capable of working with minimal supervision• Capable of leading a team• Very comfortable working with senior executives within the Legal Department and the Business• Flexible with the scope and wide variety of projects to be undertaken in this role;• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced culture, and have a practical, solutions-oriented focus• Strong communication and presentation skills• JD or equivalent;• 5+ years of relevant experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts• Media/Advertising, eCommerce or Internet experience a plus, but not essential;.
