CTG is hiring! Our client located in RTP, NC is looking to hire a seasoned Recruiter/HR professional with GOM experience immediately. Competitive rates are being offered! This role is responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding for our client. The candidate hired in this role would also be partnering with managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward. This role can also be responsible for ensuring talent processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses. Individuals in this role may also be a team lead, providing work direction, guiding employees on various processes and acting as a point of escalation for team members. Key duties in this role include: Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and Contract vendors to coordinate hiring and selection of candidates Point of contact for new hires till the stage of on-boarding Initiate Internal and external job postings Tracking hiring status for management through the GOM (Global Opportunity Marketplace). Assistance, advises, market intelligence on hiring possibilities/actions where needed Focal point for graduate and PwD hiring Handling internal and contract hiring offers
