We are seeking a Director of Quality to work at the state-of-the-art hospital. The Director is responsible for the integration and operations of all Performance Improvement functions and activities within the system. Directs activities necessary to assure effective utilization of the hospital's resources in order to maintain the highest quality of care achievable. Maintains the strictest confidentiality of all patient/physician information.Promotes collaboration and develops open lines of communication with department colleagues, patients, physicians, visitors and other personnel within and outside the hospital system.
