Five Main Skills Needed: - Attention to Detail - Ability to perform routine processes repeatedly (groundhog day scenario) - Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel - Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, ability to communicate professionally w/ all managerial levels in an organization. - Service orientedData Quality AnalystThis position is a member of the Information Security team and responsible for organizing, coordinating and overseeing, a data collection and quality improvement process. Responsible for communicating, collecting and uploading data, tracking project progress, providing (internal) customer service related to identity attributes and data quality improvement initiative. Qualifications - High proficiency with MS Excel - Including formulas, macros, pivots, data manipulation, data entry and edit features - Proficiency with MS Access - data entry, data relationships, importing and exporting to Excel, and reporting (preferred by not rrequired) - Excellent written, inter-personal, collaboration, and communication skills - Ability to work with technical teams to understand and action process flows - Detail-oriented, quick learner, well-organized, able to process large volumes of data and information - Experience working in an information technology/operations/security organization preferable - Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), distributed system administration, or compliance/audit a plusSpecific Duties - Collect, analyze, ascertain and isolate attributes requiring data based on a given set of requirements - Maintain and build upon an accurate Excel or MS Access data repository to record what data is still requiring attention - Provide support for leaders, their team members and vendors regarding updating of data attributes - Manage and operate dedicated email box related to queries from internal customers - Participate in continual process improvement identification and implementation - Participate in continual documentation maintenance and improvements - Provide metrics reporting and status updates in support of the data quality effort
