For more information on Pro Mach's brands visit www.ProMachBrands.com .KLEENLine is seeking a talented and experienced Engineer to provide design efforts from inception through production both in new product design and in existing product redesign of electrical control systems.JOB DESCRIPTION:Client specification review for understanding and development of exceptions if required.• Timely development of controls estimates for system quotations for both electrical and pneumatic controls systems.• Controls design including but not limited to process flow diagrams, panel layout, termination diagrams and field wiring pull schedules are required accordance with NEC, NFPA and UL specifications.• PLC, HMI and servo programming in accordance with industry and client guidelines.• Component specification, development of bills or materials, solicitation of vendor quotations and, with the assistance of purchasing, ordering of components in accordance with manufacturing requirements.• Open communications including status updates with the rest of the KleenLine engineering and management teams.• Take part in necessary project and product meetings.• Assist in startup and debug as required either at KleenLine or at the client facility.• Take responsibility for controls related service calls.• Travel up to 50%.
