Troubleshoots Enterprise, Kronos Workforce, and Oracle AP System issues Assists field PR, AP, and Human Resource reps on the phone and via email Audits and logs Payroll Department Transmittal Audit packs Logs customer service calls Schedules, runs, and assists with standard system reports for the field Resets Teletime passwords and enters phone numbers into Teletime Researches PTO/Vac-Sick accrual adjustments Assists with boxing and storing Accounts Payable and Payroll documents Imports payroll files from “one off" systems Transmits payrolls Logs and files payroll CDs Submits and maintains Workforce Security, IReports, and Quick Pay Data Sends communications to field timekeepers Monitors and distributes mail Maintains and orders Teletime cards upon request Loads and sets up payroll files after transmission Assists field with IPay login and password issues Assists with bi-annual reviews Creates EPIPs and researches errors Performs quality review/audit of AP invoice batches that are entered in the Oracle AP System Following batch review, releases AP batches for payment in Oracle AP System Conducts month end AP system close and interface for each Oracle AP set of books Generates purchase card missing receipts report sent to operations quarterly Maintains and requests monthly wire payments for leases paid electronically Responds to inquiries from vendors and operations regarding payment of invoices and leases Maintains AP Department document storage, filing systems, and off-site retrievals Processes bank inquiry forms submitted by Operation AP and Resource Center Departments Assists with special projects Performs other duties as assigned
