The Senior Replenishment Analyst manages the replenishment and allocation of all basic, fashion and seasonal items within an assigned area. Update baseline, promotional and new article forecasts. Responsible for DC service levels, store in-stock positions and basic inventory levels. Generate basic and fashion purchase orders. Partners with Merchandise Planners to manage the basic OTB and with Inventory Optimization to manage project stores and individual store opportunities. Supervise, train, coach and develop replenishment analyst(s). Scope Potential inventory purchase volume ranges from $40 - $130 million annually. Forecast Basic Article demand, including baseline forecasts, determining promotional lifts and providing projections for new articles in order to facilitate replenishment of basic product to the DC’s and the stores. Review system-generated recommended purchase ordered and convert all purchase order requisitions in a timely manner. Create all fashion purchase orders and work with Merchandising, Merchandise Planning and Space Planning to determine and execute the appropriate timing and allocation strategy to support the achievement of financial and sell-through goals of each fashion buy. Develop and communicate performance goals, evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback on a timely basis. Work with Inventory Optimization to ensure project stores (new and remodel stores) are opened and are maintained with the appropriate basic and fashion inventory levels.
