General Function:  The IT Services Dispatcher / Refreshment Coordinator will have 2 distinct job functions.  Dispatcher Job functions: • Assign all in coming Service Now Tickets to our Field Services Technicians. • Investigate each open ticket and verify they are up to date and are not in danger of breaching our SLA. • Communicate with our Field Service Technicians via phone or email for ticket updates • Load balance ticket queues Refresh Coordinator Job functions: • Manage the master Refreshment spreadsheet • Send out email notifications to customers that will be receiving a new computer • Verify the customers will be available for the scheduled appointment • Open Service Now tickets for each customer refreshment and communicate with the Refreshment technicians out in the field to update the spreadsheet. High School Diploma required.
