Founded in 1922 and still family-owned, Shamrock Foods Company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of quality food and food-related products.  The company has become a symbol of integrity in households and business.  Shamrock continues serving customers through a family of companies, including Shamrock Farms, the largest dairy in the Southwest, and Shamrock Foods, the seventh largest US foodservice distributor!    Enterprise Business Process Improvement Engagement Leader   Ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of the Shamrock Foods Company CIC, Process Improvement Recognition and Process Improvement Fair programs.  It also owns the benefits reporting program and BPI SharePoint site administration.  In addition, this role owns the development and execution of BPI communication strategies and tactics.  This includes the communications structure to ensure that all internal communication and learning collateral reflect the BPI brand and has a consistent “voice", look and feel, which reflects the company’s culture, value proposition and business priorities. This role supports the strategic continuous advancement of SFC as a process improvement focused organization.   Responsibilities: Develop, own, manage and coordinate the success of the Continuous Improvement Council (CIC) programs.  A CIC populated by Shamrock Foods Company associates is to be chartered and productive at each branch. Execute the CIC program through the branch Senior Process Architects at each of the branches, as available. Develop, own, manage, coordinate and support the success of the Process Improvement Fair program.  Develop, own, manage and coordinate the success of the Process Improvement Recognition program.  Recognize the efforts of associates to improve processes.  Communicate throughout the enterprise. Create and maintain BPI communications fiscal year strategy roadmap to increase awareness of BPI initiatives and benefits and to share best practices As directed by Manager-BPI, manage all aspects of the Transformation Services process intranet site. Manage BPI communication processes, including development of communication strategies, plans, tools, concept and design, and delivery and management of communication content to ensure consistency of key messages. As directed by Manager-BPI, assist BPI team members with project communications. Develop, own, execute and promote a successful monthly benefits reporting program for associate self-reporting. Develop, research, execute and manage internal media content including the writing, editing and coordinating for all channels of communication including print, email, web, SharePoint, social media, video, and presentations as required. Deliver presentations to individuals, small groups and large groups as required. Create and disseminate all BPI news and announcements using appropriate media and distribution channels Identify, recommend and implement communication best practices. Directly support a manageable number of associates through their smaller process improvement efforts. Assist in managing the overall budget to achieve the yearly objectives.
