1. Bachelor Degree in Food, Agriculture, Engineering.
2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of excellent Factory/Plant Manager Experiences in food or spice manufacturing environments.
4. In-depth Knowledge, Experiences and Skill in Food Manufacturing.
5. Leadership: A demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams and people to achieve results through others. Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
7. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
8. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource). Planning: Ability to perform short and long term planning.
9. In-depth Knowledge & Experiences in setting performance measurement and KPI for managers, supervisors and engineers, as well as performance improvements targets for working level employees such as operators and technicians.
10. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
11. Excellent project and program management skills.
12. High Proficiency in Common Computer Software used in Manufacturing Enterprise and computer literacy.
13. Must be physically and mentally fit.
14. Ability to work under pressure and stress, meet dead-lines.

Our client is a FDI manufacturing company in Food industry, now urgently looking for a Factory Manager.

1. Manage all production process to achieve highest product quality to all Customers
2. Manage from order processing to manufacturing to delivery process for achieving highest product quality to all Customers.
3. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer expectations.
4. Ensure increasing levels of customer satisfaction through product quality while improving the efficiency/productivity of manpower, materials and machines.
5. Estable production KPI target
6. Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
7. Manage policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality awareness and mindset in all employees, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and plant performance measurements, and setting important KPIs for all level of employees.
8. Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, mentoring, training, and development.
9. Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships.
10. Manage material requirements to avoid obsolete inventory and reduce levels on hand.
11. Balance work cell capacity/loading across the plant and among other regional sites in the Group.
12. Determine operations headcount needs and ensures compliance with Company & Group policies.
13. Identify, communicate and drive implementation of capital investments and improvement projects.
14. Manage compliance with state and provincial regulations.
15. Ultimate Responsibility and Accountability in Product Quality, On-Time Delivery, Cycle-Time Reductions and Productivity and Efficiency targets of all employees in the whole Manufacturing Operations.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by BOM from time to time.
