Industry Consultant: •         Undertaking customer consultancy engagements: -       Multi-channel and distribution channel effectiveness analysis -       Optimisation analyses focusing on benchmarking and optimising clients’ service delivery functions and channel solutions across the entire operational value chain: §  Cash management §  Channel capacity and capability §  Service optimisation §  Field, support and back-office functions §  Incident and system support §  Security and risk management -       End to end Self Service channel analysis focusing on operational effectiveness, return on operational investment and the strategic role and value of the channel -       Operational consultancy covering all aspects of self service channel management from queuing analyses to bandwidth and capability assessment •         Develop and maintain global industry experience and expertise through analyzing, understanding and predicting trends, developing and shaping service offers; provide mindshare and thought leadership through White Papers and customer workshops – all based on: -       An in-depth understanding of the industry by being thoroughly knowledgeable of the key industry drivers within the targeted segments such as self service banking, branch transformation and enterprise management - their objectives, strategies, critical success factors and business drivers, operations as well as painpoints are key to identify the areas of opportunity and benefits we can deliver -       Provide Inbound market and customer requirements to the development of the GCS offer portfolio.  Develops outbound communication and collateral for consultancy offers. Leverages client engagements and assessments to identify new growth opportunities as well as applies market/competitor trends to current operations
