Summary of Responsibilities Key systems contact within Finance who is the liaison with IT who will be responsible for maintaining the TM1 environment and all associated administrative responsibilities and will reconcile EDR and TM1 and further develop TM automation.  This individual will be responsible for developing internal reporting for Finance and Accounting through working with IT on obtaining information from the BOS, CMS systems SQL, Access queries, TM1 and EDR.  This individual will enhance the budgeting/forecasting models and weekly and monthly reporting. Sales and Metrics Reporting Generate and/or design ad hoc financial reports as requested by management/colleagues TM1 Data Management Maintain and update TM1 system as needed, including fiscal year updates, Turbo Integrator (TI), process and rules maintenance, cube, Dimension and Security maintenance. Provide TM1 training assistance when necessary Identify and resolve day to day system/and or user issues Primary Report Builder and Maintenance of reports for Accounting and Finance   Budget Preparation and Support Activities Prepare budget workbooks for Retail /Franchise/Catalog stores and provide support and/or direction if needed as well as review and modify data (if needed) for input into TM1 Coordinates the budget process for PUR locations by working closely with PUR Manager Assists in preparing budget for various general ledger accounts   KEY RESULT AREAS Ability to: Analyze/interpret information and make recommendations which optimize business performance Enhance quality of accounting transactions and management reporting Timely communicates compliance issues and makes recommendations that support and/or protects value-creation Apply principles of logical and creative thinking to a wide range of issues Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills in a dynamically changing environment Demonstrate clear understanding of relationship between the P&L statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows
