Performs a variety of duties relating to food services and catering which include setup for service, taking and preparing customer orders, stocking and re-supplying food/supplies, breakdown and cleanup, dishwashing, receiving and storing supplies, and maintaining proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards. Positive and appropriate customer interaction is a major component of this position. Performs other duties as needed.Seeking candidates with Culinary Arts Degree or prior catering experience.
