- More than 10 years working experience in HR field, at least 5 years experience of Team Leader or Director in multinational companies
- Have a good relationship with government officer in Haiphong and Hanoi
- Work in Haiphong, Vietnam
- Able to communicate in English (Korean is preferred)
- Men preferred

- Lead HR team to deliver world class HR support and services to production
- Deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and effective
- Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
- HRM (HR policy, C&B, Recruiting, etc)
- HRD, Labor Management, Culture, Relationship etc.
