Mgr/Director/VPCompensation: $30.00 to $35.00 per hourHRIS Analyst Position Summary: Serve as the departmental lead and point of contact on all matters relating to HRIS; provides technology training and support to the Personnel Resources staff and campus community as necessary; serve as the support lead for the Associate Director. Essential Job Responsibilities: Develop, test and implement new or modified system enhancements to meet changing requirements; functional lead on HRIS upgrades; assistance with HRIS network maintenance, troubleshoot end-user functional/technical problems, and serve as the liaison in discussions with the Information Systems (IT) staff in resolving HRIS projects and problems; create procedural documentation and provide training to HRIS end-users; Audit and evaluate data in the HRIS to ensure consistency, accuracy and validity. Serve as the liaison between Payroll and HR, ensuring the HRIS is configured and data is entered/maintained in a manner to ensure accurate and timely reporting and processes; work with Payroll Specialist to troubleshoot any problems with balancing payroll when needed. Work with the Footprint process for helpdesk ticket processing. Assists the Associate Director with the office operations; be the go-to-person for the office staff; handle any issues requiring higher personnel intervention. Oversee and coordinate activities of office staff, report to the Director on office progress. Create complex queries from the human resource information system retrieving relevant information for specialized reporting; conduct research and analysis for statistical summaries and special reports submitted to governmental agencies and professional organizations. Handle training related to Personnel Resources software usage including training of hiring and group managers.
