.TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking an Help Desk Support I for one of our clients in Denver, CO.*This is a contractual position, 3 months*Must be authorized to work & reside in the US without a need for a visa sponsorship*Pay rate not to exceed $17.00/hr. W2*If an offer is extended, need to complete a Federal & State Background verification processJob Description:Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7 and 8 and Microsoft Office 365Assist in configuring Apple mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.Resolve computer problemsInstall and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipmentSet up IT equipment for employee useMaintain records of daily hardware installationsPerform DoD wipe of retired equipment and prepare for surplusUpdate/create documentation and processesQualifications:Proficient (1-2 years) in A Proficient (1-2 years) in Adobe AcrobatProficient (1-2 years) in Communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient (1-2 years) in Mac OSProficient (1-2 years) in Microsoft OfficeNovice (6months - 1 year) in Office 365Proficient (1-2 years) in Windows 9x/2000/XP/NT/Vista/7
