Our client an Asset Management, Property Management (retail, apartments, office, HOA, industrial/warehouse), consulting, marketing, and financial reporting firm has an immediate need for an experienced Home Owners' Association Property Manager HOA Portfolio Manager will report to the Senior Portfolio Manager Assist a team of support staff on a diverse portfolio of upscale loft, condo, high rise, patio home and master plan communities in the Cherry Creek North, Downtown Denver, Centennial and Parker.  Responsibilities will include direct oversight of day-to-day communication with owners, committees and board members Management of design review submittals Coordination of elevator use for move-in and move-outs Bid preparation and requests for regular service contracts as well as special projects Monthly delinquency review and follow up with attorneys Newsletter preparation, email blasts Coordination for maintenance services and access to buildings, and management of fire and elevator inspections Responsible for committee and Board meeting preparation, evening meeting attendance and meeting minute preparation Conduct on-site inspections, attend meetings with contractors, and work on-site in clubhouse / buildings up to 2 days a week.  Provide support and oversight for budget preparation, insurance claims and legal matters, personnel related issues, compliance with CCIOA and all other special issues which may arise.
