1. Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers service prompt and courteous service.
2. Oversees laundry operations.
3. Schedules routine inspection of all Housekeeping areas with supervisor and team leader.
4. Inspects guest and public areas on regular basic ensure that the furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair.
5. Informs other department of Housekeeping matters that concern them.
6. Makes recommendations to the General Manager or designates to up keep of furnishing, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are clean.
7. Manages spring cleaning schedule.
8. Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management need.
9. Implements and controls Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as Lost and Found service, key control, security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures.
10. Conducts regular department meeting.
