Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) is seeking to expand the team responsible for the architecture and design of key travel industry solutions. You will be part of the CWT IT Architecture Team and will support the E2 Solutions program. In today's environment this group has been successful at bringing valuable solutions to our product owners. We've adopted an agile development methodology and have active scrum teams producing four releases a year. Our mission is to deliver and manage efficient, quality, and innovative travel technology solutions and technology services for CWT and its customers worldwide.This is an office based position and must be based in either Minneapolis, MN or San Antonio, TX.Develop and communicate Architecture strategies and designs, including those related to Integration, to the Lead Architect, and the rest of the development team in a truly collaborative mannerCreate Proof of Concepts rapidly for different alternativesDebug through code, create documentation, mentor developers, provide production support, estimate development efforts, write new code and other miscellaneous activities as needed3-5+ years hands on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting applications or services in a true Service Oriented ArchitectureSignificant experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting client facing J2EE applicationsReal life experience with multiple items in the following: ESB, SOAP/REST, JMS, Fuse/Mule/equivalent, BPM, Rules Engines, and TIBCO BusinessWorksProficiency with WS Security /equivalent, Performance monitoring, Complex data transformations, Dynamic version management and Integration patternsSignificant experience with Integration Security, Communication protocols, integrating dissimilar applicationsExperience with implementing high volume transactions and integration endpointsBecause this work would be with our Federal Government Client, the government requires that the successful candidate be a US Citizen. Authorization to work in the U.S. is not sufficient for this position. Additionally, you will be subject to government background investigation including a credit check and criminal history review.
