RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Southfield, Michigan (MI).Responsibilities: Responsible for the planning, coordination, and communication of audit activities, including management of individual audit projects Responsible for planning and completion of all assigned audits included in the annual audit plan and the management of internal audit staff Design and implementation of audit procedures and systems used for auditing the company's financial and control systems This person will also be responsible for special investigations, development of the annual risk analysis used to establish the annual audit plan, and completion of quarterly reports required by corporate management, the independent auditors, and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
