The Wesley Community is currently seeking an Inservice Education LPN.  The primary purpose of the LPN Instructor job is to work closely with the Inservice Coordinator and Primary RN Instructor to meet the educational needs for the Wesley Community. Assist in developing inservices and/or training objectives for all departments within each corporation to better serve each department's needs. 2. Serves as an education resource for all departments and corporations. 3. Act as a Clinical/Classroom Instructor for clinical groups for the NYS CNA Program. 4. Play active role in assisting the Inservice Coordinator/Primary Instructor to meet 12 hour state mandated in-service requirements for all CNA's 5. Assist in orientation for all new employees. 6. Assist Inservice Coordinator to implement New York State Department of Health required in services. 7. Be an active participant in educational meetings. 8. Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Inservice Coordinator/Primary Instructor.
