The resource will be a member of a 24x7 team and assist in upgrading, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting and overall improvement of the infrastructure and its componentsPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDeploying applications into production, staging, and QA environments via automated deployment tool suiteWorking with a 24x7 operations center and engineering team Troubleshooting errors with proprietary and open source applications in production and pre-production environmentsIdentifying, implementing, and documenting of technical SOPs for maintenance tasksWorking with development teams to further operationalize applications with a focus on repeatability, redundancy and scalabilityMonitor the health and status of systems under managementAbility to create and maintain policies, standards and overall system documentationParticipate in internal development and testing of monitoring, analytics and troubleshooting toolsAbout TEKsystems:Join TEKsystems®, a leading IT staffing, IT talent management and IT services firm, and get your career on the fast track.
