For over 50 years EPS Literacy and Intervention has been the leader in developing and publishing programs to help struggling students, including those with dyslexia and other reading difficulties, as well as providing materials that support on-level students so they can continue to meet their goals. Today EPS continues this mission by providing K-12 blended Customized Intervention Solutions to help at-risk and on-level students build proficiency in reading and math. The Sales Representative is responsible for selling K-12 products to schools, School Districts and larger urban opportunities within a defined geographic territory. The Sales Representative will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating sales opportunities for all assigned products and services within the assigned territories and accounts. Summary of essential job functions: Achieving defined sales targets within assigned territory Navigate multiple steps in the sales process with multiple decision-makers demonstrating the ability to influence high-level decision makers Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, by appropriately assessing and analyzing customer needs and identifying solutions Maintain accurate information and activity tracking in Salesforce.com Prepare and deliver strategic sales presentations and maintain informed of federal, state, and local funding opportunities Create a strategic business development plan needed to meet territory objectives Providing customer feedback internally as necessary Maintain proficiency in products and services and appropriately position our solutions against the competition Represent company at local, state, regional and national conferences and exhibits. Perform administrative responsibilities; reporting, forecasting, customer database maintenance etc. Process all catalog and/or sample requests Territory includes mid to southern Florida.
