All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.    BASIC FUNCTION:This position is responsible for project leadership and implementation of cross-divisional projects affecting marketing from inception to project completion; and representing marketing segments on corporate initiatives to ensure appropriate balance between sales and profitability and operational considerations.JOB REQUIREMENTS:*Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care OR 7 years experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care.*Implementation and project management experience.*Experience in a position, which interfaces with internal clients, Marketing/Sales management and operations.*Ability to manage multiple projects.*Attention to detail.*Organizational and leadership skills.*Verbal and written communication skills.*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
