APPLY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!The Orthopaedic Medical Biller will be responsible for posting for 2 locations within AZ.MUST be proficient in GE Centricity software AND have 2 - 5 years of orthopaedic medical billing experience!Top Three Skills: Centricity (GE EMR), medical biller, diagnosis relationships Job Description: The Orthopaedic Medical Biller will be responsible for posting for 2 locations within AZ. Work Environment: ~52 employees between the 2 main offices in Peoria & Avondale. 7 providers, 1 PA, 1 Practice Manager and 43 other clinical and non-clinical employees.*Hours: Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 5 AM, Fri 8 AM - 3 PMWork environment: working in a small office with 3 other employees. Individual cubes designated for each employee. Qualifications: * 2 - 5 years of orthopaedic medical billing experience preferred* GE Centricity proficiency * Technical ability (MS Office, Word, Excel)* Some coding knowledge (not a certified coder); understanding of how to apply modifiers to claimsOpen-ended question to ask during interview: * What is your understanding of diagnosis relationships? Performance Expectations: Metrics: must be current within 2-3 days. Posting for 2 office locations and 7 providers. Interview Information: * Aerotek screen* In person interview with Practice Manager; ~30-45 minute with professional and behavioral questions* Interview Tuesday 3/3 or Wednesday 2/4 between 10 AM - 6 PM Additional Compensation: N/A. Temporary-to-permanent based on job skills, performance and attendance.
