This position coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, the patient, the physician, other hospital departments and visitors. The incumbent also performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit. All duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. The incumbent will actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility for maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all, while implementing the principles of Florida Hospital.
