Looking for someone with new product development experience!Must haves:- 3D design software (preferrably Inventor) - 2 years project Management- four year engineering degree- electromechanical experience- 2 years experience in design with conceptualizingPlus:- Experience in door designJob Description:You are going to be shifting all of their product development to protage and are launching 3 new door lines in 2015 and standardizing many of their exisitng products. A large focus is going to be going from their typical swing cold storage door and making it automated so you wont have to touch it to open it. This will require someone to have an electromechanical design background. Of their day they will be designing 75% of the time with the other 25% being on the floor working with mfg to make sure designs are fitting their manufacturability as well as customer interaction, and managing projects. of the 75% design currently 25% will be conceptualizing while the other 50% will be doing Design and modify products: review input from sales team and develop product and process requirements based on customer specifications. Ability to work with detail and accuracy; analyze problems quickly; sound employee relation skills; attention to detail and ability to keep focused on a number of concurrent projects; capability to work in teams.
