- Minimum of 3 year experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
- Passion for taking the untraveled road
- Sound business judgment
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 5+ years of experience in a job in entertainment and media markets
- Analytical, data-driven thinker who seek solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English competency
- Technical background, with experience in entertainment, media and mobile technology
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices balanced with an understanding for consumer needs and wants
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
- Experienced in handling large, diverse and marketing budgets
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.

- Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely throughout the organization to deliver a winning product. It also includes working with sales, marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s overall strategy and goals.
- Lead: be bold, be passionate and be ready to transform the entertainment experience in Vietnam
- Think: Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Plan: deliver marketing requirements documents and product requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Prioritize: balance quick wins with platform investments
- Partner: work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Assess: be an expert with respect to the competition
- Iterate: develop the core positioning and messaging for the product with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement
- Demo: perform product demos to partners, users and all related stakeholders
- Forecast: set and meet revenue and profitability goals. Propose an overall budget to ensure success. Set key metrics
-Train: brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings. Develop sales tools and collateral materials
- Evangelize: brief press and foster relationships that further the product and company goals
-Nurture: develop, organize and foster a strong product team – plan, monitor and appraise job results
