We are working with a local client who is looking to add a Support Analyst to their Information Technology team, the right candidate should have knowledge of the .Net framework, or other coding languages.  This is a great role for someone who wants to help support applications and learn more about the code and the backend. This position will be working to support and help develop and enhance our client’s customer information system.  This role will support the call center system, mobile field applications and other related systems.  The individual selected will serve as a support analyst/systems expert for various projects to maintain, upgrade and implement existing and new features of the company’s customer information system and associated applications. Here are some more details about the requirements for this position: Requirements: Knowledge of NET, C# and SQL from a support perspective SQL Server programming from a support perspective Microsoft Office Suite, from a support perspective Windows 7 experience and anything more recent Ability to quickly understand and apply the concepts of IT Service Management Additional Knowledge Preferred: Knowledge Customer Information Systems IT Service Management (ITIL) Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Knowledge of desktop applications (MS Project, MS Visio, etc) Knowledge of computer hardware Ability to quickly understand and apply the concepts of IT Service Management Experience managing and supporting large applications Familiarity with project management principles Experience in business process development
