Yêu cầu khác

- A degree holder within architectural, surveying, engineering or project management related discipline;
- Minimum of 10 years experience in project management is required, preferably with over hundreds billion project VND;
- Hotel and resort projects experiences are advantages;
- Good communication skills and problem solving capabilities;
- Fluent in speaking and written English.

Mô tả công việc

Our client is looking for a Project Manager/ Project Director.
Report to General Manager for management of hotel & resort development project in Vietnam. Implement by planning, coordination with operators, supervising and managing consultants and contractors to ensure that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, safely and at the highest levels of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Management, Design, Commercial, Structural/Civil, MEP, Safety);
- Facilitate the coordination between the project team and Operations;
- Facilitate the coordination among designers/ consultants/ contractors for design development and problem solving;
- Assist for selection and appointment of consultants and contractors;
- Chair or join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process;
- Project planning and tasks scheduling;
- Progress monitoring and reporting;
- Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties;
- Assist to ensure woks are completed in time, in high quality and within budget;
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is kept in good level in construction site;
- Assist to review commercial contracts and progress payments;
