CAREERS IN APARTMENT COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT! Join a national company in the Seattle, WA region!  ConAm has Property Management career opportunities available and we are looking for qualified applicants!  These positions will give you the opportunity to run or assist in running a business while providing competitive pay and great benefits! OPEN POSITIONS: Community Manager – The individual must have previous experience managing an apartment community, strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, experience with financials and reporting and good computer skills.    Business Manager - The individual must have 1-3 years previous experience in apartment property management, excellent customer service skills and good computer skills.  Assistant Manager - This is a great entry level position for someone who is looking to start a career in property management.   No property management experience is required, just customer service experience, good computer skills and a great attitude!  Maintenance Technician – The individual must have a minimum of 2 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience.  Must be able to participate in an on-call  rotation. Applicants must pass a maintenance technician test and a physical exam is required. Maintenance Director - The individual must have a minimum of 4-5 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience.  HVAC/CPO certification preferred.  Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation.  Applicants must pass a maintenance test and a physical exam is required.
