CLARCOR Industrial Air is a well-established advanced technology and innovation leader in the air filtration industry with 40 years of expertise. The Quality Programs Manager is responsible for the management of CLARCOR Industrial Air’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2008 certificate.  The position may be based in either Overland Park, KS or Slater, MO.   Responsibilities: • Manage QMS program and responsible for the continuous improvement of the QMS • Serve as the CLARCOR Industrial Air’s Management representative for ISO Program • Manage all ISO and FDA certifications  • Administrator for CLARCOR Industrial Air’s quality compliance software, EtQ • Responsible for business document management process • Manage internal auditing schedule and program • Oversee business corrective and preventive action implementation and tracking • Lead business level Quality Management Reviews (QMR) • Development, maintenance, and communication of business wide scorecard for quality goals and objectives • Active participation in annual QMS planning • Support vendor quality management • Customer quality support including customer issue resolution, customer audits and surveys • Conduct special projects as assigned to support business objectives
