About the Opportunity Trinity Nursing & Rehab, Inc. is looking to fill a full-time RN Registered Nurse weekend position (Friday 10:30pm-7am, Saturday/Sunday 6:30pm-7am).   Customary Duties *Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care provided and initiate appropriate action as necessary *Follow established performance standards and implement facility policies and procedures *Obtain report from nurse being relieved and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action as necessary relating to the resident's treatment needs *Identify special nursing problems and emergency situations quickly and initiate immediate "life-saving" measures in the absence of a physician. *Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective action *Provide clinical supervision to nursing assistants *Use and supervise the use of equipment and supplies efficiently and in a cost-effective manner *Administer treatments according to the physician's order and accurately record treatments administered *Obtain physician's orders and any revisions for treatments as necessary *Consistently work cooperatively with residents, nursing personnel, physicians, families, consultant personnel, community agencies and ancillary personnel   Benefits  Because we know you are our strongest asset we offer an attractive benefits package for full-time and part time employment, including medical/dental insurance, life insurance, short/long term disability, PDO, retirement plan and much more.
